Return / Exchange / Refund Policy
- Customers can request a return/exchange of the ordered product within 5 days from the date on which the order has been delivered to the customer.
- All the returned items should be delivered back in unused condition with original tags attached.
- In case you need to exchange the size, we shall be happy to help, You ll be charged a shipping fee fixed at Rs. 100 for each such request. but if the desired size is currently not available then you will have to wait for the second run of the product and your purchase amount shall be credited to your store wallet after deducting the return shipping fixed at Rs. 100.
- The cost of Return/Exchange logistics fixed at Rs. 100 per such request shall be borne by the customer.
- Return / Exchange requests take about 7 to 10 working days to process & complete.
- In the case of returned items, The balance amount after deducting the return shipping fee fixed at Rs. 100 per order/packet shall be credited to the store wallet of the customer within 15 working days after the items have been received and approved after the quality check.
- Refunds to the original payment source shall be done within 15 days of receiving returned products and their subsequent quality check. The refund amount shall be transferred after deducting the return shipping fee fixed at Rs. 100 and the Transaction fee of Rs. 50.
- Products listed under CLEARANCE, SALE, or special offers are heavily discounted. Thus these products are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, and non Exchangeable.
